ILP Changes for 4.44
The following changes have been made for 4.44:

To make targets more effective a Additional information box has been added. This allows a 4000 character description to be added to each target.

Staff that are inactive can no longer be added to an IDP.

Learner Search has been added to the ILP Manager screen. This allows ILP Managers to search for a learner to view an overview of their ILPs.
